Family Moves to Phoenix to be a Part of the Ideals of Paul Murphy

My husband, Giovanni, and I have seven children and our 8th baby is due in April. Two years ago we met Miles Jesu member Elizabeth Baez at the Catholic Family Conference in California and learned about Miles Jesu and Paul Murphy. On a visit to Miles Jesu in Phoenix we were inspired to move here to be part of that Ecclesial Family. Our two oldest boys now attend the Paul Murphy Academy and we are so surprised at the things that they are leaning about the Catholic Faith and the history of the Church. Giovanni are I are also learning how, within our own marriage and our own family, we can serve the Church.

We have several favors to report that we believe came through the intercession of Paul Murphy, who, by the way, was the inspiration for the naming of youngest son, Paul Michael. Though there is not room for all the details here, I will mention a few highlights:

One of our family members was on the brink of divorce. Along with daily Mass and Rosary we prayed to Paul Murphy. We recently heard they have been reconciled and are seriously working on their marriage. They, too, have decided to move to Arizona to be close to us – and I hope soon will be members of our Ecclesial Family also.

Another family member came back to the Church. We had been praying for him to Paul as he had lost custody of his son. That is now turning around and he is getting more visitation rights. He has since married, and he and his wife have a new baby. Though he didn’t follow the Church much before, he is actually the one who calls everyone for the family Rosary in the evening.

My mom and dad, too, are thinking of moving here and my dad is starting to go to Mass again. We’re bringing all our family to Arizona because of Miles Jesu. I can’t give any other reason than that. We continue to pray to Paul Murphy for all our needs, and are so happy to be part of the community that he helped to found.
